By chance, I was introduced to Celtic Training by a friend. I am fortunate to have Ms. Helen and Rebecca who are dedicated instructors and have many years of working and teaching experience. As someone who has no experience working as a personal support worker and has limited English, I tried to give up many times, but my wonderful trainer Helen always gave me timely advice and encouragement. “I’m looking to go into disability support work, as it gives me a real sense of purpose, even just doing the training, I already feel that sense of reward and purpose. Our classes are diverse in age and culture which is great because it allows you to broaden your understanding of diverse people and how individuals need and want to be cared for. It really prepares you for the workplace. The Gold Coast campus is also in a great location, close to public transport and other amenities, so it’s really great.”

I just had an amazing experience here while studying Cert III, and I learned a lot from our trainer Pallavi, and the other staff members.
