This qualification is designed to encompass individuals in diverse entry-level Business Services positions.
It also caters to individuals who are in the process of developing essential skills as part of their preparation for employment but have not yet entered the workforce.
Individuals in these roles are responsible for performing a variety of fundamental procedural, clerical, administrative, or operational tasks that necessitate self-management and technological proficiency. They execute primarily routine duties utilizing basic practical skills and essential operational knowledge within a defined context. Typically, individuals in these positions work under direct supervision.
The entry requirements for this course are achieving competency in the LLN.
