Self-isolation (self-quarantine) for coronavirus (COVID-19)
Self-isolation means you must stay at home for 14 days. You must self-isolate if you have COVID-19, or you have been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19.
If you arrived in Australia after midnight on 15 March 2020, you must self-isolate by staying at home or in your accommodation for 14 days. This is to prevent the possible spread of the virus to other people.
This means you:
• do not leave your home/accommodation unless it is an emergency
• do not go to public places such as work or shopping centres
• do not let visitors in – only people who usually live with you should be in your home/accommodation.
If you are well, there is no need to wear surgical masks inside.
If you are isolating at home, ask others who are not in isolation to get food and necessities for you. For support contact your state or territory health agency. https://www.health.gov.au/about-us/contact-us/local-state-and-territory-health-departments

Changes to training delivery
Celtic Training recognises the challenges facing our students as you continue to undertake your studies during the COVID19 pandemic. To ensure your safety, staff and the broader community, Celtic Training has now set up an online/distance learning which allows you study remotely. This means you have access to your trainer and resources using online platforms with structured classes. We recognise that our courses are not fully suited to online delivery, so we are offering smaller classes so students can come in for clinical skills practice and assessment. This will allow us all to observe social distancing rules and allow you to achieve your goals.
Your trainer will provide you with further instructions and a standard Zoom induction on how your online training will work. Celtic Training is committed to helping you get qualified and there is no better time than now to keep up with your studies in preparation for when this pandemic is over.
