CHC30208 Certificate III in Aged Care

With the Aging population Aged Care is a growth industry in Australia. It is highly regulated with all facilities being expected to conform to high standards applied by the Commonwealth Government, and evaluated by means of audit and inspection

 

 

14 units must be selected for this qualification including:
- 10 compulsory units

Potential clients for this course are both new entrants to the industry who require a broad and comprehensive grounding in the skills required to perform effectively in the industry as well as persons who are currently working in the industry who have not had the opportunity to gain the expected qualification.

This is the neccessary and approved minimum qualification for working in the field of "Aged Care"

This may include:

  • Unemployed workers
  • Those wishing to gain entry to a different industry sector
  • Persons returning to the workforce following prolonged absence
  • Unqualified workers within the industry sector
