The course is delivered over a six week
period with courses held every 6 weeks. All students
are personally interviewed to determine suitability.
This course is appropriate for people wishing to
provide ancillary services in the community and
who are seeking a pathway into community services
work.
The course cost is $ 1,200.

The course is classroom based Monday to
Friday from 9 am – 3 pm which also includes
practical assessment over the six week period.
All these units of competency are nationally
accredited which means that the qualification gained
is recognised in every state in Australia and this
qualification can be built on to achieve a higher
level of knowledge and skills to gain entry into
other national accredited courses.
On successful completion of Certificate
II in Community Services Work there may be the opportunity
to advance to Certificate III level, subject to
suitability.
All these units of competency are nationally
accredited which means that the qualification you
gain is recognised in every state in Australia.
You will be able to build on this qualification
to achieve a higher level of knowledge and skills
to gain entry into other national accredited courses
if you wish.
